Refund Policy for Barnabys E-Commerce

1. Eligibility for Refunds 

1.1 Return Window: Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.
 
1.2 Condition of Items: 
To qualify for a refund:
 - Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
 - All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
 - Items that are damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of defective or damaged items upon receipt.

 1.3 Non-Refundable Items: 
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Customized or personalized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return 

2.1 Contact Us: To start a return, email us at info@bybarnabys.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

2.3 Shipping Costs for Returns: 
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3. Processing Refunds 

3.1 Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.2 Method of Refund: 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, store credit will be provided.

 3.3 Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

4. Damaged or Defective Items 

4.1 Reporting Issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and a description of the issue.

 4.2 Resolution: We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

 5. Exchanges

 6. Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time: - Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary. - If you still have not received it, contact us at info@bybarnabys.com

 7. International Orders For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product.
